❄️🎄💥 We´ve been waiting 7 long years for DJ Koze‘s new album, but in April it was finally released. And “Music Can Hear Us” did not disappoint our expectations.
According to the press release, it’s an album that races like a runaway roller coaster on a zigzag course through a parade of planets, from which magicians such as Damon Albarn, Soap&Skin, Ada, Sophia Kennedy, Markus Acher from The Notwist, and Marewrew wave.

Sophia Kennedy is currently the most versatile composer in German pop music – not to mention one of the greatest singers. On her new album “Squeeze Me”, she showcases her talent for catchy melodies with pop appeal and psychedelic elements.

Sophia Kennedy and DJ Koze have a long musical friendship and collaboration. Koze’s “Music Can Hear Us” also features two tracks they worked on together. It was only natural for us to bring the two together here in our Advent calendar.
